To place an order on-line, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your information. If you would rather order by phone, please call us at 1-781-632-9588 anytime
If you have any questions at all, please e-mail us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@momsfavor-its.com (But we would love to hear from you personally, so feel free to call us!)
Order Processing and Delivery
We process orders within 24 Hours from when the order is placed. Once your order is ready to ship, it takes from 2-7 business days for the package to be delivered depending on destination.
Rush Orders
We do our best to accommodate any and all requests for rush delivery. As these are special requests, please call us at 1-781-632-9588 anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to give priority to your order. In most cases, rush fees apply.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax only on orders that ship within the state of Massachusetts (5%) as our company is headquartered in Saugus, MA. All other states are exempt.
Gift Returns - Our Guarantee
We are certain you will love what you order. However, just in case you do not, you can return just about anything (unfortunately, we cannot accept personalized items) for any reason or no reason at all.
To return an order, please first email info@momsfavor-its.com or call us at 1-781-632-9588 anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We will give you all the return information at this time.
