How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your item has shipped, you will be sent an email that will contain your shipping info.

How long after placing my order will my package ship?
We process orders usually same business day if your product is in stock. Otherwise it will be 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. If you choose a personalized item, processing may take 7-10 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, it takes from 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered depending on destination. All orders are shipped via USPS.

How do I place an order online?
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. If you would like to place an order by fax, please fax us at 1-781-662-8875 anytime. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@momsfavor-its.com, but why not just give us a call?

Can I place orders by phone?
I accept phone orders at 1-781-632-9588. I am available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to answer your questions. I'd love to talk to you!

Can you put a rush on my order?
If you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Moms Favor Its, please call me at 1-781-632-9588 anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday or send us an email. I will do whatever I can to accommodate you.

What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using PayPal, Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. If you'd like to pay by check, your order will not ship until your payment is received. After your order is placed, please send your check to: ATTN: Debra Sarro Moms Favor Its 230 North Forest Street Melrose, MA 02176 Please note that all orders by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Massachusetts (5%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Saugus, Massachusetts. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.

Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold), personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping is is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination through USPS.

What are your shipping methods?
All of our orders are shipped via USPS. Unless you request otherwise. We can ship UPS if you request it but the shipping cost will be different than what is posted so please inquire first before placing your order. Please call for details if other shipping is needed.

All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. How do you use my contact information?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
